The Brown & Brown Education Assistance Program is an investment in our teammate’s future career growth and development. Our culture strongly values goal-driven teammates who work hard for our Company and also want to further their education. Eligible teammates will have an opportunity to utilize available funding for Tuition Reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Assistance, and the National Merit Brown & Brown Scholarship competition.
Student Loan Repayment Assistance
Student Loan Repayment Assistance (SLRA) supports eligible teammates in paying down outstanding student load debt. Contributions are administered by Tuition.io. Teammates enrolled in SLRA will see the Brown & Brown monthly contribution shown with their remaining student loan balances on their personal Tuition.io dashboard.
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition Reimbursement supports the growth and development of our teammates interested in furthering their education, aligned with their career goals at Brown & Brown. Teammates may be reimbursed for courses determined to be job-related and part of a degree program at accredited schools.
National Merit Brown & Brown Scholarship
The National Merit Brown & Brown Scholarship is offered through the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. This scholarship program was established by Brown & Brown, Inc. for the children of Brown & Brown teammates. Scholarship recipients who remain in good standing with their college or university receive the scholarship annually for four years.
Program funding is made possible by investment returns from corporate tax savings. Benefit amounts are limited to available program funding, not guaranteed, and my be discontinued at any time.
