  • Lyra Health is available to U.S.-based full-time and part-time teammates working on a regular basis and eligible family members and provides confidential services and support for life, work and family concerns available in-person, live video or through self-guided care with a coach.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

  • If you or someone you love is struggling or in a crisis and may be at risk, there is hope — call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org to be connected to the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. For the hearing impaired or blind, contact the Lifeline via your personal preferred TTY relay service or dial 711 then 1-800-273-8255. If this is an emergency or you think you may harm yourself, please call 911.

Substance Use Treatment Helpline

  • Call 1-800-662-4357 to access Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMSA) National Helpline. This helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.
